Leasing agent retained for rental building in downtown Miami with “co-living” units

Development firm Property Markets Group retained International Sales Group (ISG) as on-site leasing broker for X Miami, a 30-story apartment building in downtown Miami with “co-living” units that tenants can share.

Ryan Shear, principal of Property Markets Group, said in a prepared statement that ISG has been “instrumental to our success at X Miami,” a 464-unit apartment building at 300 Biscayne Boulevard.

X Miami has a rent-by-bedroom option that includes a private bedroom and private bathroom and shared kitchen and living-room space to make rent more affordable.

Monthly rents at X Miami start in the $1,300s.

The rent-by-bedroom option is available in two- and three-bedroom apartments. The building also has one-bedroom apartments and studios. X Miami has furnished and unfurnished units.

Common-area amenities include keyless entry, an indoor-outdoor lobby bar, a gym, a two-floor co-working space, social room and a movie room, plus a swimming pool with a bar and an outdoor amphitheater. – Mike Seemuth
