Steven McCraney
West Palm Beach-based McCraney Property Co. bought a 54-acre parcel near the international airport in Charlotte, North Carolina, for an industrial development.
McCraney acquired the land less than a mile from Charlotte Douglas International Airport to develop five industrial buildings with a total of 610,700 square feet.
Construction is expected to start in the second quarter of 2018, and delivery of the first buildings is expected in the fourth quarter of 2018.
The development, called Airport South Business Park, will have buildings ranging in size from 99,000 square feet to 154,000 square feet.
McCraney Property, led by president and CEO Steven McCraney, also has a 507,512-square-foot industrial development under way in Rock Hill, South Carolina, a suburb southwest of Charlotte. [Charlotte Business Journal] – Mike Seemuth
